How can I find the best search results to my question?

It's easy! You can find an answer to your question by using our Customer Service Search tool. Here's how it works:

  • Type a specific keyword that best relates to your question in the search bar. 
  • (For example: returns, shipping.)

          Choose the FAQ that best answers your question and don't forget to leave feedback to keep improving your online experience!

Please note: Order information such as a order numbers, shipping dates and tracking numbers can not be found using the search feature; you must log into your account profile.

How can I track my order?

If you placed your order using your account:

  • Sign in if you have not already done so.
  • Go to Order Status.
  • Your order history including any current orders will be displayed.
  • Click on the order you wish to view and get instant information on its status.
  • A tracking number will be displayed if your order has shipped.
  • Click on the underlined tracking number to go directly to the carrier's website and track your order.

If you do not have an account with :

  • Go to Order Status.
  • Enter your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email.
  • Enter your email address or phone number and get instant information on the status of your order.
  • A tracking number will be displayed if your order has shipped.
  • Click on the underlined tracking number to go directly to the carrier's website and track your order.

Please note:

  • Although a tracking number will display once the shipment leaves our warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours for the UPS, FedEx or USPS site to post details about your shipment.
  • Typically, the USPS site shows only an initial scan and a delivery confirmation notice when the package is delivered.

How can I make changes to my order?

  • If less than an hour has passed since you placed your order,* you can modify it by calling Customer Service at 1-516-794-7303 during our business hours. Business hours are as follows: 
  •  Monday-Friday 9am-9pm
  • Saturday 9am-7pm
  • Sunday 11am-7pm
  • All hours are in your local time zone.

          If more than an hour has passed since you placed your order, or if you would like to make a change after business hours, we recommend that you cancel your order and create a new one.

          If you need a price adjustment or forgot to add a promo code, please email us. Please note that we offer price adjustments only within 14 days of your order being shipped.

*Because we may begin processing your order immediately, it may not be possible to modify or cancel existing orders even within an hour of placement.

How can I cancel my order?

Why was my order delayed or cancelled?

Your order may be delayed or cancelled if:

Why did I receive a credit card error when purchasing online?

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced when entering your credit card information on our website.

When placing an online order using your credit card, please ensure that you do the following:
