What is the "Manufacturing Warranty" for my Baggage purchase?

Some Baggage of products sold on We are guaranteed to be authentic. Our goal is to provide the best service with the best possible pricing. Since does not follow manufacturers suggested retail prices (MSRP), we are not authorized to provide a manufacturer’s warranty. We understand that having a warranty is a major concern when purchasing a products, therefore provides its own warranty to replace the manufacturer's warranty.

Every globally released "Crash Baggage", "Rimowa Luggage" product is covered by a 2-year global warranty that begins from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid if you provide your receipt, invoice or digital order confirmation when filing a claim during your 2-year warranty period. The legal warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage resulting from improper use.

Furthermore, We offers a five-year warranty on the following accessories, based on the availability of spare parts:

  • Wheels
  • Handles
  • Trolley system
  • TSA lock (the Crash Baggage warranty does not cover forgotten combinations. It’s only for manufacturing defects)

In the event of damage or defects of one of the listed parts, please send an email to: , along with a photo and proof of purchase, in order to speed up the process. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We will determine whether the damage or defect is covered by the guarantee.
