How do I return an item purchased on fashionbarnshop.com?

You may return your online purchase either by mail. For items with special return guidelines.please click here.

How can I process my return online?

Free returns* can now be processed online!

You can initiate your return and print your return label online. Just follow the steps below:

  • If you are signed in to fashionbarnshop.com home page, click "Customer service" the “ link in the page footer.
  • Click on the “Easy Return” link of the instruct you wish to return.
  • Select to " To make return. please click here"
  • Verify email address and Order number at Green window " Order Lookup"
  • Click “Lookup”.
  • Submit your return request.
  • Will to takes three to five business days to get our officer confirm by email.
  • When you get approve email. Print out the confirmation page and attached "return shipping label".
  • Include the confirmation in the Original shipping box.
  • Affix the shipping label on the box (each label can only be used for one return).
  • Now, If  you ready to make return.please click here.

Can I return OR exchange merchandise that has been worn, used or altered?

No. We will not accept a return or exchange of merchandise that has been:

  • Worn.
  • Washed.
  • Damaged.
  • Used.
  • Altered.
  • Returned without attached fashionbarnshop’s b-tags, designer tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included.
  • Evening Dresses and Bridal is not accept a return.
  • Any Electrics merchandise not accept a return.

All returns are subject to evaluation by fashionbarnshop’s. Please see tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition.

Shoes

  • Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface, so be sure to try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are also an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged.

Swimwear and lingerie

  • Please try on swimwear and lingerie over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove any protective slips.

Dresses

  • Certain dresses will be delivered with a fashionbarnshop’s b-tag attached. Once the b-tag is removed, merchandise cannot be returned. To determine whether a dress you would like to purchase will be tagged, go to the product page and review the details tab below the image. If an item is going to be tagged, we will alert you there.
  • Evening dresses and Bridal is not accept return
Fashionbarnshop’s 15 day Comfort Trial 
  • At fashionbarnshop’s, we want you to be happy with your  purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your new merchandise within 15 days, contact fashionbarnshop’s to schedule a one-time re-selection or return.

    The re-selection or return must be scheduled within 14 days. Please note that your delivery fee will not be refunded. An used over $100 purchase + free shipping purchase will be charged shipping fee and a 15% handling fee will apply.

How can I obtain a new return label?

  • If you are signed in to your profile, click on the “My Order Status & History” link in the page footer.
  • Click on the “Order Details” link of the order you wish to cancel.
  • If you are a guest user, please click on “My Order Status & History” to utilize the “LOOK UP BY ORDER NUMBER” feature.
  • Select items and reason for return.
  • Verify email address.
  • Click “Continue”.
  • Verify and submit your return.
  • Print out the confirmation page and shipping label.
  • Include the confirmation in the box.
  • Affix the shipping label on the box (each label can only be used for one return). 

How do I exchange an item purchased on fashionbarbshop.com?

Items purchased on fashionbarnshop.com can be exchanged either by mail

By mail:

  • Fill out the Merchandise Return form on the back of your invoice, including the reason for the return.
  • Specify the color and size of the desired exchange item.
  • Place the Merchandise Return form inside the package.
  • Use the free pre-addressed return label provided.
  • Send the package via UPS or insured via the U.S. Postal Service.

Please note:

  • Only items purchased on fashionbarnshop.com may be exchanged by mail.
  • We will process your exchange within four business days of receipt.
  • Shipping for the new item will be free of charge.
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive a credit.
  • Credits will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Credits for gifts will be issued in the form of a "Happy Returns" Gift Card.
  • If you paid with a Gift Card, you will receive your credit in the form of a Gift Card.

If you have misplaced your return label or need a new return label, please call Customer Service at 1-516-794-7403.

How long does it take for refunds to come through?

Please allow 10-16 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt, for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provided an email address, we'll email you when your return has been received and processed.

Do I get free returns at fashionbarnshop.com?
